
Mrs. Denise Dumas-Koylass possesses postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Psychology, Human Resource Management (HRM) and Project Management. She has been certified as a Facilitator by the UWI-Institute of Business and as an Action Learning Coach by the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL). She is an Alumni of the Caribbean Learning Programme (CLP). She is currently engaged as the senior Clinical Psychologist at Capacity Building International (CBI) Limited. She was awarded the Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology by the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of the West Indies and has also been trained in specialized areas such as trauma-based counselling and the treatment of addiction.
Her clinical services are delivered to clients both online and in person. She has also volunteered with the Elpis Centre, a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), since the establishment of the Centre in 2009 and is responsible for counselling clients who have experienced trauma such as pregnancy loss.
